Hi All,
We're pretty set on wanting the Chicco KeyFit but I really do not like the Cortina stroller/travel system for our needs. I think we're looking for something like a jogging stroller. Priorities would be rubber/air-filled tires, easy to collapse & return, and great for fast walking (on sidewalks & pavement), and able to function well on trails as well. We do want to be able to use it with the KeyFit for the first several months as well. I know for sure we will not spend more than $300-350 on the stroller, which takes most of the high-end strollers out of our range.
From my online research, it seems some options are:
Joovy Zoom 360 (not sure if this works with KeyFit, I can't find the info anywhere)
Any thoughts or experiences to share? Thanks!
Re: xp: Which stroller with Chicco KeyFit?
DD due April 2, 2014
I bought a BOB on sale and am going to use it with a Chicco KF. I know they're not officially compatible but if you read reviews of the two, you'll find that a lot of people have used them together successfully and say that the fit is very snug and secure.
I looked at the Elite and it's a great stroller but not an official jogger. The BOB handled so amazingly well compared to all of the other strollers I tried that I had to get it.
This is us too. We were considering the Chicco KF and the Graco Snugride. Both seem compatible with the BOB while reading reviews from people who already owned the combo. I got the BOB Revolution for Christmas so now all I need is the carseat!
I am a City Mini owner and love it and it worked fine with my Chicco KF. That being said, my brother and his wife live at the beach and have a Bob Revolution and I couldn't believe how easily that thing works in the sand. I have been looking into the Revolution Dualie's for a double stroller when #2 comes along. I noticed that Babies R Us is having a BOB sale (which almost never happens) and it would put the single Revolution in your price range!! I honestly don't know how it would compare to a Baby Jogger Summit however - I am still in love with my City Mini and don't want to diss the brand! ;-)
PS - found this blog with a comparison from someone that has used both the Baby Jogger and BOB:
