newbie charting question

This is my first cycle charting so I am still getting the hang of this.  Yesterday I had a spot of brownish blood the size of a quarter.  It was just once and I noticed it when I wiped.  Should I mark that as spotting.  I tried to look it up on FF but it was not clear to me how to mark this.  Thanks for any help you can give.
