1 stick of Butter, 3-4 cloves of fresh pressed garlic
1.5 cups of Italian bread crumbs
1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
In a frying pan, brown garlic w/butter. In a seperate container, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip each breast into butter mixture (coating each side), then dip into the bread crumb/cheese mixture (coating each side). Place in a glass 9x13 pan. Pour extra bread crumb mixture and butter mixture over each piece. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 (or until breasts are no longer pink inside).
I make these with garlic/cheddar mashed potatoes and Ceasar salad.

It's awesome, but VERY fattening!
4-6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (flattened somewhat).
