So I am expecting AF any day now and told my husband that I had an idea... He asked me what and I said after my period is done for this month I think we should just hump it out every other day... He proceeds to ask "yea like we normally do" and I said no not just days 10-20 but EOD from when my period stops until it is due again. He just looked at me and stared... I thought it sounded like a good idea though LOL! Just thought some of you ladies might get a kick out of that.

Ditto! But some people can do it and it's a great way to hit your fertile window for sure!

Lol That's funny. My poor DH uses the iPad after me and I forget to close out my last window so when he opens the Internet he usually sees the bump or FF and tells me that this crap is everywhere.

All of this! We would never enjoy sex if we had it scheduled for EOD during my entire cycle! It would always feel like a chore. We don't mind EOD/ED during my fertile window, but aside from that we like to be spontaneous

DH & I have been at it every other day...it's actually not going too badly..we're actually having fun with it. It's definitely a big difference in frequency for us though, we are usually a "once or twice a week if we're lucky" type of couple Embarrassed He's enjoying it quite a bit! Even trekked home in the snow storm for it Monday night so that the trend didn't stop

I told my DH that we needed to try this starting today since we had to abstain until my HSG yesterday. He too thought I was crazy but agreed " As long as there can be some quickies in there." He asked, " well when do you ovulate?" I told him that we are not charting or temping this month and that we are just going to have a lot of fun sex. I think the stress of not knowing when I am fertile might help take some pressure off

This is EXACTLY how my DH feels. I am charting, but he has requested to not know. We've set up an EOD policy until a few days past O, but its up to me to say when its up. That way DH just gets to enjoy lots of sex, but none of the worry of making it a chore. (That is his BIGGEST fear with TTC)
