I have been having awful leg aches the past few days. The aching will go away briefly and then come back. It's so difficult to sleep at night because of the nagging ache. Anyone else have this? Any suggestions as to what to do?? Thanks!
I can attest to that...I've had minimal leg aches but being woken up by charlie horses is horrible. I have no control over leg when it goes into spasms. Its a terrible feeling. I find myself waking up my husband and having him massage my calf and shin muscles. That works until the next charlie horse hits.
I have read that if you flex your feet and legs in the morning and before going to bed helps. I've been doing that along with streches and I found it to be most helpful. Walking has helped too. Good luck with that
I get them too, but mostly early in the morning. The pain is in my calves...very painful. I usually stretch them slowly for a few minutes and it seems to help...or rub them out.
I don't have aches, but I have what ranges from numbness most of the time to tingling, to burning to flat out someone's stabbing me in the bloody thigh pain in my left thigh. It's only a portion of my outer thigh that's about an 8" circle. I went to the doctor today for my 4 week check up and asked about it. It's my lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. Apparently it's one of the first nerves to get compressed as baby grows and there's a big fat nothing I can do about it
