Really need some T&Ps...

My mother-in-law is real sick. She was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years back. She was in remission for a good while but then it came back in her lungs. She was doing an oral chemo for a while until early this month when she got pneumonia. She was taken off chemo while she recovered from the pneumonia and is supposed to start a real hard-core trial in the new year. Meanwhile, she has been off her chemo for nearly a month. All of a sudden she is getting new symptoms (really bad migraines, difficulty swallowing, trouble breathing). Its all been coming on so quick and while I am staying positive for her and my husband, I have a really bad feeling in my gut that this is going to happen very quickly. My brother-in-law actually stumbled across a notebook of hers over christmas where she was writing her funeral arrangements. I was just hoping I could get some thoughts and prayers for her that either she miraculously beats this thing, or that things happen with as little pain as possible. I am most concerned for my father-in-law, my husband, and his brothers. She is everything to them.
