Lay off the dairy, drink a ton more water, and try tea tree oil if needed. [Sorry if these are obvious solutions. Not sure if you know of them or not.] Good luck!
Also, keep the face clean, hair pulled back, say, with a headband or something.. wash your pillow cover more frequently, avoid touching your face, and get some sun on your skin, if you can. Oh, and no make-up of course.
Any EF products or tips that you ladies might have? I don't want something uber chemically that's going to fry my face and bleach my towels. KWIM?
Thanks!
i'm embarrassed to admit back in the day i thought the oils in my skin were bleaching my towels/clothes because my skin was so bad before i realized it was the products i was using..
my skin has been craaazy since i was still pg. can bfing hormones give you icky skin? i've always had crap skin but this has been over the top!
i'm mostly a lurker here, but this product has worked better than anything i've ever used for my acne. my acne is about 75% better, and i've only been using it for 3 weeks.
I wash with raw honey and use a toner of 50% ACV and 50% water. It keeps my skin pretty clear. I treat any problems that pop up with Zeno ... which sounds really stupid, but it works. It's just a little machine that heats up and you put the heat on your zit for 2min30sec to zap any bacteria.

Gah! Yes! Once my period returned my face went bonkers. I used the raw honey with some success. I'm now using Burt's Bees Acne wash too. It's helping some.
I love my Tea Tree Oil. I know that a significant part of my breakouts are caused by bacteria, though... not just oily skin. I treat spots w/ TTO and just recently found a Dr. Bronners soap w/ TTO in it - I'm only using it on my face and it makes my skin feel really, really good - nice and tight and not oily, not too dry. I use Witch Hazel as needed for a mild astringent/toner/freshener. Also, my skin loves it when I don't wear makeup all weekend long.
Re: EF acne treatment?
This pregnancy my skin has been crazy. The only thing that has really helped is this:
