hiii!

did you make the pumpkin spice truffles? my groceries are coming tomorrow and i ordered everything i need to make them :)

how did they turn out?

    they were good!

    Dh actually took the leftovers to work today and people at work were asking him for the recipe.

    One thing I did notice is when you melt the chocolate and start dipping the truffles, at first it is really easy, but then the chocolate starts to harden up and it doesn't melt as smooth again.  So I would melt half the chocolate at first and use that.  Then when you are done with that half, melt the other half.

    thanks for the tips!

    i think i will make them sunday night, that way DH and i can take them to our respective offices and they aren't around the house for me to get into too much trouble with :)
