  OOOOOO!  ME!  This is yummo!  I left the bacon off for the veggies, and really, it didn't need it.

  I made Giada's recipe recently from the foodtv website.  It was super good.  (And I thought about putting bacon on top, too, but decided to go meatless.)

  FYI the recipe calls for some hard-to-find amaretti cookies, which I left out.

  I'm not going to lie, that's the main reason I couldn't go vegan.  I'd miss cheese way too much.
