How often to fees pumped BM

We are w family this week and I'm pumping more than normal. I know bf is OB demand but what about pumped BM? LO eats about 3 oz every 2 hrs but MiL says it's too often. Meanwhile she's still not pooping on her own- LO not mil :)

    I'm pretty sure it is still on demand. what you are saying though doesn't sound out of the ordinary.

    What do you mean she isn't pooping on her own?  If she is EBF then she can go up to 10 days without a bowel movement.  Are you doing thing to try to get her to poop?  My LO goes about once every 6 days.

    We just got her to go!! Had to help w a thermometer and massage but at least we didn't have to use another suppository. Dr wasn't that worried but shell go over a week and be super uncomfortable. Broke my heart. Just so glad she went I was hi giving my mom
