I remember its been mentioned on here that men can take something to thin the semen to help the swimmers swim.
I know I probably shouldn't worry about it. Since we haven't had a sperm analysis. But after 3 cycles with perfect timing. I'm starting to wonder if maybe DH should try something to help increase his fertility.

after 3 cycles with perfect timing you should take a deep breath and not start creating a problem where there isn't one.
You may end up taking something that dilutes your dh's sperm which will make the process longer. 3 cycles isn't long, I know it's frustrating, but please don't start self-diagnosing this early.
All of this. If it ain't broke; don't fix it.
I've seen you tell others this and now it's time for you to hear it: Take a chill pill.
Word.
Really... i mean... REALLY?
w/o a SA how do you know it's him? How do you know that it's not something with you.... or actaully how do you know it's not just because sometimes it takes more than 3 cycles to get pregnant?

LOL.
Okay popping a giant chill pill as we speak. I was just wondering if there were things DH could be doing. I take pom, EPO, PNV's. I was thinking maybe he should be doing something to increase our chances too.
I'm with Bonita on this one! CL, I think you've been around long enough to know that three months isn't that big of a deal, plus that this thread will not end well!
Not for anything but there was a post about this very topic yesterday.

Androvite for men is an excellent vitamin/mineral supplement. Astaxanthin is also a great antioxidant that will keep his sperm healthy.
Both of these will simply make him and his semen healthy. Of course, he may want to speak to his doctor before starting any vitamin program.
Good luck!

We just had this conversation yesterday. I'm not going to go look for the thread but I thought this link was particularly helpful.
