What's a good EF family magazine?

You know, like Parents magazine or Family Circle. Are there any family mag's that are EFF? I know magazines in general are not EF but a friend loves them and is now 8 days overdue with her baby girl. I'm sending her a care package and she loves magazines but I'd like to do an EF one if possible.

Martha Stewart tends to be EF IMO. She has lots of ef cleaning supplies and ideas on her website.

It's a natural/organic magazine that publishes 6 times per year. You can do an e-sub like you can with Mothering. Sometimes it's a bit "fluff" but I've gotten some good info/ideas/recipes from it, too.

As a mommy magazine I love KIWI and got it again this year for Christmas. We have been eating recipes from it. Using tips for getting through the holidays with colds.

Mothering is my favorite. I had Kiwi but found it to be nothing new/helpful/overly interesting when I'd read it. I always love the articles in Mothering though, and it's just a really nice break to sit down and read it.
