  i also sign up for newsletters from Cascade Farms, Stonyfield, Horizon, etc. Those tend to be $1 off coupons with long expire dates. So I wait until our stores have super doubles or triples, and use them then.

  Also, our local small chain healthy grocer has booklets of their own coupons in the foyer. I also get their emails, and they almost always have a freebie deal going on where you get XYZ for free with a $5 purchase.
