Prenatal Fitness Classes

Hello! this is my first time on here! I am 21 weeks pregnancy and was wondering if anyone knew of some great Prenatal Fitness classes in the Twin Cities area. I would love to take one.

I'm not sure where you are in the twin cities, but some cities offer prenatal yoga classes through community ed. I just registered for one in St Louis park. Also, there are tons of yoga studios in the twin cities that offer prenatal yoga. I'd just search for yoga studios in your area and see what's out there. HTH!

I have seen one listed on the schedule at the Woodbury (Southeast) YMCA. I think the cost is around $65 for both members and non-members, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
