    First Morning Urine (FMU) tends to be the most concentrated and gives you your best chances of an accurate reading... especially if you are testing early! But anytime after 18 Days Past Ovulation (DPO) if you are pregnant, you should get a + result at any time of day.

    FMU is better but if your KU you'll get your BFP anytime a day you decided to POAS.

    Nope, when you test early you can get a false negative if you pee in the afternoon or evening. First morning urine when you're early on is the only way to go.
