Nutramigen, warm the bottle? It says not to?!

I always warm his bottles but just noticed that the Nutramigen label says not to, do you warm yours? Maybe this type of formula should be cold?!?! Thanks for your input!

    We always warmed up LO's bottle when he ate Nutramigen. This formula really upset his tummy so we've switched to something different. Maybe that's why!
