Need a chicken CP recipe!!

I have chicken (bone in) and potatos, carrots (and frozen veggies if need be). What should I add to it? Salad dressing? Crock pot mix in a pouch??

New at this and soo excited!!!

Throw the chicken, potatoes (cubed), carrots (chopped), chicken or vegetable broth (1/2 - 1 cup should do the trick) some thyme, chopped onions and garlic. Set it on low for 6-8 hours if it's not frozen and serve with a salad on the side.
