To give credit where credit is due, Loveypants posted this a couple of months ago when I was new to this board and it was awesome enough for me to remember it. (I have a horrible memory.) So since there are a ton of new people and our DH's have done probably a whole lot more for us in the past two months, I thought it'd be fun to do this again.
So here's the question... What makes your DH so great?

Re: Compliment your DH
My DH has done a phenomenal job putting up with me this past year. I honestly don't understand how he does it. He's a hard worker and does whatever it takes to make sure we all have what we need. He's a great kisser too!
Natkay I missed your face while I was gone dear! Hope you had a great Christmas!
Ok my DH is fabulous. He is an amazing husband, father and best friend. He listens to my crap all day. He spoils me rotten, and everyone knows this. He is romantic, sometimes in a different kind of way but none the less, romantic. I couldn't ask for a better H.

Aw. Love this.
On Christmas Eve, we went to visit DH's grandmother in the nursing home. We haven't seen her in a while due to distance, and while I've met her, I haven't seen her in her present state.
She has almost completely lost her hearing and vision, and refuses to wear her hearing aids, but DH sat right next to her for 45 minutes, holding her hand and yelling in her ear. It was the sweetest (albeit hysterical) thing I've ever seen.
I fell in love with DH all over again...

Congrats on finding one! They're few and far between!!!
My DH is so supportive. No matter what I want to do or I say, he backs me up whether he agrees or not (And I know there have been times that he hasn't necessarily agreed but never showed it). I think if I opted to shave my head and start a band he'd be supportive lol Also, he does an amazing job of helping me around the house. I work longer hours & more days a week than he does so if I'm falling behind on cleaning he takes over and I?ve never heard him complain about doing it. He cooks, cleans, fixes things, does laundry etc I couldn't ask for a more supportive and understanding companion. Awe, now I just want to snuggle him and I'm at work lol
he uses this still...although in a different context... I happen to be the "problem" with getting pg and every now and then get antsy with him telling him he deserves someone else, and it's not fair for him to have to be with someone who can't conceive (this is usually around AF time...lol). His response is still :You can push me away, but I'm not going anywhere
 He's too good to me...

My H is the calm, collected one who keeps me afloat. When I stress out he's always there to help me out, even if it's just giving me the hug and kiss I need to feel better. He's my best friend and the most caring person I've met. I love the way he takes care of me, cooks me dinner every night, and always wants to cuddle up on the couch. He's absolutely gorgeous too!
Aw. This is a nice thread.
Edited to add: I also love that he's a child at heart. He doesn't take himself too seriously, knows how to laugh at himself, and loves to make a fool out of himself doing silly things with me (for example, having kinect dance-offs with me in front of my entire family).

DH makes me laugh. We can talk for hours and not run out of new things to say to each other. He's smart and he is super handy. He's a hard worker. He's so handsome, has a great a$$ and the cutest butt chin. He loves to take care of me, and he is so into TTC and is dying to be a dad. And he's fantastic in the sack
Oh, and this...
Me (33). DH (37). DD (2.2012). MCs x4. After 4 years & 7 months, due 4.2018!
TTC #2
My husband is my best friend. He loves me unconditionally despite all my quirks! He is a committed to his career and works 80+ hours and doesn't complain about it. My husband is charming, witty, handsome, and spoils me rotten! Even when we are fighting, he finds a way to make me laugh...which I absolutly hate and I try so hard not to laugh but sometimes it just comes out! My husband listens as I complain about my day and supports me in everything and anything I choose to do. He is currently going back to school to get his MBA and yet he still finds time to do some chores around the house. Sorry girls, he is taken!
I love my husband for so many reasons, but I think right now I love him the most because he's an over-achiever. He has such high aspirations and he's willing to work as hard as he has to in order to meet those goals. He started college at 17, bought his first house when he was 20, and now, at 23, he's just been promoted to the position of Executive Finance Director of a multi-million dollar organization! He's my little wunderkind! He does it all so that he can provide the best life possible for the two of us. He wants to be the ultimate provider for his family, giving me (and our future kisd) anything we could ever need or want, and he does such a wonderful job of it!
(Maybe I'm bragging, but he's just the best thing in my life and I'm so proud of him.
 )
My other favorite thing about our relationship is that we've been together SO LONG. I was 16 when we met, and now (6 years later), I can honestly say that I don't have a single adult memory without him in it. He watched me learn to drive, graduate from high school, start and finish college, interview for my first job, and everything in between. I love that we share all of that.

My DH is great because he makes me laugh, he always thanks me for things and tells me I'm beautiful or good at something. He deals with my neuroticism, and he is very cuddly. He will normally do things with me that I know he doesn't really want to do like go to a girly movie. And he is so cute with our fur-babies. Oh, and he's a great cook!
