clearance dipes have no warranty right?

of any kind? a couple months ago i got some clearance BB dipes and one had the elastic go on it last week. i'm just screwed right?

these might have been abby's lane clearance and not BB site though i don't know that it'll matter

If you bought them through BB, then yes, you're screwed.

If they were on sale on another site and not marked as seconds then they might still have a warranty. I would contact the manufacturer.
