My alarm didn't go off this morning (at 3:30 am mind you)... I was 35 min late to work (even though I'm not supposed to work today and it's an "overttime" day.) I can not wake up for the life of me!! Someone help! What are you doing New Years???

Wake up Doozer!!

DH and I are going out to dinner with friends then just going to a local bar where DH's best friend is playing (he's in a band...). We're trying not to spend a bunch of money or drive super far. You guys have fun plans??

Might I recommend Coffee...lots of coffee. I am avoiding caffine, but just the smell and taste of decaf coffee helps me to wake up.

My Dad and sister are coming up for a visit and we're having a junkfood party. DH is so excited and my Dad is horrified (he used to be a chef). Oops on a mature and classy menu

Hey lady! Woo hoo!! I caught you on here at the same time for once!

Our New Year's is starting Thursday, we are packing up and heading to my sister's North of Atlanta, My sister in Atlanta and her family is doing the same, and then my sister in MD and her family are coming down and we are going to drink and play games and smoke something, either a butt or some chicken. Our youngest sister is about to pop, due any day, so we are converging on her homestead for the weekend. Hoping for a baby by then!

What are you and dh up to? How did he like his man room???????

Yum, this actually sounds really good! What's on the menu?

We are doing a whole lotta nothing this NYE. We plan to stay in, watch some silly movies, and drink. I'm actually really excited about not having any major plans this year.

Working I haven't had off on New Years since I was a teen. I would have had it off this year if I hadn't switched shifts...lol. But, oh well. I have 2 more years til I have Christmas off, and New Years is I think 2 years as well.

He loooves his man room!!!! He has already moved his video game sin there (yay!!!!). We for now are working our tails off to start remodeling the house. Al;so, in May we're going on our annual Nawlins trip!!! Your New Years sounds much better than mine!

It was Milliways!!! That was her name. DH and I are doing good now. It was really bad for a while. Just TTC was tearing our marriage apart. I couldn't deal. So, I pulled out and worked on our marriage. We literally went through hell and came back together (thankfully). I think that's something we had to go through to become better people together as well as maybe parents. We are back on with TTC. I'm trying to get my bearing back right now with it. I'm tryiong to decide if I need to go back to my doctor to see what we nee to do now, and exactly where we are.
