I am trying not to overthink things since this is only cycle 2. But I noticed a couple of things on FF that I'm curious about.
It's telling me that my test date should be 19 days after O. I O'd on day 18. Although I haven't been temping until recently, I have almost a whole year of data in FF about how long my cycles are, and my longest one was 31 days. I'm not planning on testing unless it's CD 30 and no AF, but why would it tell me to wait so long?
I should totally ignore the "top signs" thing, right? My assumption is that even for people who are KU, the signs they observe in the first couple of weeks could be wishful thinking, right? Like, just because they ended up with a BFP does not mean that they weren't imagining stuff in the first few days.
Re: FF questions
How do you know you O'ed on CD 18? I think FF is giving you that test date because they don't have much information to go on. Just having the length of your cycle in there doesn't help determine your luteal phase. Once you have a few temping cycles in there, FF will be able to estimate your test date a little bit better.
I hide the entire pregnancy monitor section after I ovulate. FF just compares your symptoms to other pregnancy charts. Everyone is different though, so I just ignore those.

I believe it's telling you to wait because you don't have enough data about how long your lp is for it to determine your test date. If you keep temping it should shorten it to the day after your period starts. 18 days of high temps is what tcoyf says you should have to be considered pregnant. I'm guessing that's what they are going off.
I try not to get hung up with the top signs. I think you can have all of the signs and not be pregnant so I really try to ignore so I don't obsess but that's my personal preference. Hope this helps.s
