Question about spit up

Some times DS will spit up and it comes out his nose.  this does not happen often but when it does he starts to cry.  I imagine it probably hurts, we clean it up and move on.  I was just wondering if anyone else dealt with this?  TIA!

    LO has been projectile vomitting since she was a week old and it comes out her nose everytime. The pedi said it is just caused by the force. I don't think it is anything you should worry about but call yohr pedi if you need aMn ease of mind. It probably does hurt your LO but it may just scare them too.
