LO won't take bottle...need advice!

I EBF and we are trying to get DD to take a bottle of pumped BM.  She took one like a champ around 2 1/2-3 weeks but then we quit doing it.  We started up again a few weeks ago and it's just not happening.  It's not like she turns her head and refuses it, more like she tries but just doesn't know how.  She won't take the nipple in far enough to latch and when it does go in that far she gags.  We've tried Dr. Brown's, The First Years breastflow and Playtex Drop In with Naturalatch nipples (tried latex and silicone, fast and slow).  Any tips?  Oh, and I've tried, DH has tried, DH has tried without me in the room, my sister and mom tried too (I wasn't even in the house then!)

    I gave my LO his 1st bottle around 4 weeks, he took it fine.  I do remember my LC telling me if he refuses it at first don't force it, just try again the next day.  I am using the Tommy Tipee bottles.  The nipple really resembles a boob.  The only thing you can only get them at Babies R us.  You prob already know this but I would only attempt with like 1/2 ounce of BM so you don't waste it if she doesn't drink.  Keep trying I'm sure she'll get it.  Any time my LO gets a bottle it's by someone else, anytime I feed him it's via boob lol!  Good Luck!! :)
