Finally got AF after my D&C

It took 32 days for her to arrive.  I wanted to post how long it took me because it gets asked many many times a week.  Let me say that I was a 28 day cycle girl, and I thought I was 7 weeks pregnant when it actually was about 5 weeks, so that may have a little something to do it.  The cramping is worse than normal and it is heavier too.  Hope this helps the ones thatare  awaiting it.

    Congratulations for AF!  (I know, not under the best circumstances...but I know how wonderful it is to feel like your body is getting back to normal.) 

    After my first D&C, it took me 31 days...and just like you, I was a 28 day cycle girl.  The cramping and flow was a lot worse than my 'normal' as well.  My 2nd AF came on day 28...good luck!

    I got AF yesterday (YAY) 54 long days after my D&C. Aside from my BFP cycle (where my mom died and messed with my O date) I had 31-35 day cycles.

    My cramps sucked yesterday, but I feel decent today.

    Thank you for posting this ladies. I haven't had my follow up appointment with my Dr yet (My D&C was last Tuesday), and it's been bugging me to know how long it would take to get back into a regular cycle.

    Thanks for sharing this, I had a D&C on Dec 13th. I don't have my follow up until Jan 7th, I just want to get back to normal, and for AF to come 2 times so I can TTC again. Not looking forward to the crappy cramps. *sighs* Thanks again!

    Thanx for posting this. I just had my D&C on Dec 26th. I was scanning the boards trying to find out what info I could about when my period may come on. I don't think we will try for a while but it is still good to know so I have some idea of what is normal. Good Luck :)
