NYE plans?

I'm having a tough night tonight.....let's discuss NYE plans!  What are you doing?

    I work New Years Eve and Day from 3pm-Midnight. I am ok with it though b/c I get double time. ChaChing!

    Wy typically go to a friends house. We haven't been to my parents for Christmas yet, so we are actually going there, they live about 2 hours away in a log cabin. It will just be the 4 of us. I didn't want to be there for all the sibbling stuff. They always end up drinking and being crazy and my sister and her baby would be there and no way I would have made it.

    we have two options... one is with my friends and my two "newphews".  the other is with DH's friend who are all about drinking to get drunk.  not sure which we'll chose yet.  I do have to work NYs day... so we will see 
    Jennifer TTC #1 Dx PCOS 2009 Apr, Aug, and Sept tried clomid cycles.... BFN. Oct...DH SA results were normal. Me...HSG - left tube was clear, right tube was slightly blocked. Dec - Clomid #4 200mg Feb 2010 - IUI #1 200mg Clomid = BFN. June 2010 - IUI #2 200mg Clomid = BFN. March 2011 - IUI #3 w/ injectables = BFN (1st & last with RE, moving on to IVF).     We have no plans as of yet.  We may just go out to dinner and then go back home to toast the NY together... or maybe just have dinner and drinks at home... or DH may arrange something with his friends.  One of DH's friends that he went to HS with is in a band that is playing at a bar on NYE, and the bar is like 10 minutes from our house.  We went with another couple and saw the band a few weeks ago and they were pretty good.  I suggested to DH that we could go again on NYE but he didn't know if he wanted to go since it would be loud and crowded.  So who knows?
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    I'm really sorry about your latest IUI result and that you're having a tough time tonight.

    As far as NYE plans, I am planning to say good riddance to 2010 because it has sucked.  We are going to staying in a nice hotel in San Francisco but don't have any definite plans.  Neither of us are into loud, wild parties or crowd scenes.  I hope we either find fireworks or a nice wine bar where we can toast the new year.

    We have no plans yet...it is actually the first NYE we will be home so I'm not sure what goes on around here..

    I'm so sorry you're having a rough time tonight!

    My family is coming to visit for NY.  So we having a family NYE party at our house.  Having steamed shrimp and apps, and some wine and champagne.  It sounds lovely when I type it, but I've been in a crappy place lately and can't even bring myself to be excited about the holidays this year.  bleh!

    What are your plans lady?

    I'm working till 8:30, then having some friends over so we don't have to go out and since dh's bday is new years day.
