Weight limit on bassinet level of PNP?

I have the Eddie Bauer Wrstlake from Target and have the manual somewhere but can't find it. What is the weight limit on the raised bassinet level? Do you just lay the baby on the bottom instead then?

    I don't have that particular model, but it's 15 lbs for most of them.  Look online to see if there's a manual available to verify.
