Having such bad gassy cramping!

hey ladies! so I took 2 hpt the day after xmas and they were positive. Buttt Due to this snow storm my doc's office wasn't open today so i couldn't make an appt for a confirmation and questions. 

 

this is me and hubbys 1st so we literally know nothing!  haha

According to this and my last period I'm supposedly 5 weeks, But I've having such bad sharp gassy pains. Can I take gas x? and is this normal for be experiencing so early?

    Congrats on your news.  I don't know about gas-x. I dont think it was on the ok list but I know that TUMS was perfectly ok. (I had it often because the calcium was the only thing that worked on my heartburn.)

    I hope you're feeling better.
