Not to condone, because there are all sorts of things wrong there, but banked breast milk is usually $2.50-$4 an oz. Of course, that covers things like testing, storage, and it's often pasteurized, but I can totally see someone going "wait a minute, I have milk in my freezer, I can sell that!"

I had to buy some milk from the hospital before my own milk came in and then my giant oversupply allowed me to donate some too. I have no problem at all with buying and selling of BM but it seems pretty skeevy on craigslist.
