I'm not weighing myself until after my mom leaves and the new year. I'm stress eating right now and the tiredness with everyone being sick isn't helping me at all. But, I'm hoping to really get focused in the new year to work on getting healthier again. And I want to start running again but that may not come until the fall when DD will be nursing much less and the heat will have subsided from the desert. I'm going to do a couch to 5k walking program to start though and I'm going to give weight watchers a try. If I can lose 20 lbs even that will be a start and a fair offset of the chest.

Well, Saturday is my WW meeting day and since it was Christmas I didn't go.
I will be curious to see where I'm at this Saturday for sure. I don't think I overdid it over the holidays but I also didn't track very well.
As long as I didn't gain, I'm still down 7 lbs. Many, many more to go.

Well I weighed myself today and am back up to my starting weight. Over the last year I have gone up and down the 6 pounds.
Hopefully next year it will be more down than ups.
The batteries in my scale died and they are some giant version of a watch battery so I have to order new ones.
Haven't been eating well or exercising, so I am in big trouble.
