Doctor office vent

So yeah my new ob is great, but apparently in my area there is no decent support for doctors. wth. I waited on calling about the genetic appt b/c we didn't find out till Xmas eve about my nephews paternity, but I was mildly surprised that they hadn't set me up w/ an appt since it takes about 3 weeks to get in. WELL...  I've called there 3x today after being sent on a wild goose chase calling fax machines, the hospital, and the breast care center (yeah, wtf) only to get a nurse at my doctors office back on the phone saying they think they sent my referral to the wrong place!!!! Indifferent 

Mmmkay. So I ask about the sonohistogram that another office was supposed to be contacting me about today b/c I hadn't heard anything from them yet either and she was like "Oh jeez... we're just dropping the ball all over the place" - are you fsking kidding me? So she's calling them and calling me back.... when i don't know. but come on!!!! 

AND apparently to get my insurance to cover the genetic counseling visit I have to call my primary care physician ANYWAYS and oh yeah... its to the same office she was originally going to refer me to!!!!!

Seriously... FVCK 2010 and FVCK incompetent doctors offices.  Super Angry

    How frustrating! What is their problem? How hard is it to keep people's sh!t in order? I'm sorry your dealing with a crappy doctor's office staff. I'd be pissed too!
