I got a _____ for Christmas!!!!!!

I got a sewing machine!!!! I know its a Singer but that's about all I know. My mom must be a mind reader - I was going to ask DH for one but then we decided not to do presents for each other this year. I can't wait to play with it and learn how to make stuff!

    new pot and pan set.  It doesn't have the non stick coating.  Yay!  I really wanted a set that didn't have the non-stick as I was worried about the chemicals and such.

    I used one of the pots yesterday.  AWESOME. :)

    I got a sewing machine too! I'm stoked. My mom got it for me then decided she loved it so much she got one for herself too. Ds got a Zany Zoo activity cube and Dh got a nice bottle of 15 year Irish whiskey.

    I got a Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer. I've used it once to make Pumpkin Bread and I love it. :)

    I got a bernetta (sp?) serger from MIL and a flat screen TV from DH.  Both of the things I wanted!! yeah

    We got a new kitten, the little guy in my siggy. My husband was walking the dogs Christmas night before bed and found him abandoned in a box in an alley in our neighborhood. He isn't feral, we think he was somebody's unwanted Christmas gift. Shame on them, but their loss is our gain. He is wonderful, and already a part of the family.

    Completely off subject but I picked up a kitten from the side of the road when I was about 5 months pregnant.  That kitten lived on my belly till DS was born.  They are now the best of playmates and are always excited to see each other.  I think they did some in utero bonding!

    DH got my the Accuquilt Go Cutter (but it came a month ago!) and I got "presidential flashcards" to buy clothes with (now that I have a real job that requires something other than jeans and t-shirts!).

    I got a Silhouette SD (eeeeek!) and a pouch of La Boheme Envirosax from DH... I've been lusting after both for some time now.  I now think that Amazon wishlists are the best thing EVER.

    And I got a Cuisinart Immersion Blender (which I've also wanted for some time) from my mom & dad.

    All in all probably one of the better Christmases in terms of getting the stuff I wanted.

    I got a bed (!!!), books 105-112 of the Singer Sewing Library, a instuction series put out in the 1950's with the Slant-o-Matic 400 series sewing machines, a $50 Visa giftcard (with the instructions to buy something cool), and we still have one more Christmas comming.

    I got a CG to my favorite yarn shop, and headphones for my laptop.

    DH got a hat I made him and he was just glowing :o)

    Because of you, I got those boots from the ILs. lol

    I got a new camera from my mommy, a Nook & some BN GCs from DH and the ILs also got me Just Dance 2 so I can shake by booty.

    I got 2 sewing machines. (my dh is now addicted to eBay). He bought one and didn't think it would make it here in time (he was right. Stuck in customs). The he found an awesome deal on a $$ bernina. So now I have 2 :)

    he got deodorant. But he was very excited that I found it.

    From DH I got an SB-60 Speedlight for my Nikon.  :)

    I got handmade gifts from my family mostly, my Mom gave me a handmade apron and handknit fingerless gloves.  My Dad bought me a handmade apron from a craft show, lol.  My 10 yr old niece made me a body scrub using essential oils.  :)  I love all of it - I was very blessed this Christmas.

    I got a Kitchen Aid mixer, a gold charm bracelet with my son's birthstone as the first charm, and new clothes (nothing I had fit). I am so stinking excited about using my mixer when we get our own place its not even funny.
