just got my U/S results back from the doc

well...I am going to be speaking with my doc when I go in for my annual on the 4th. But the results of my U/S, I think I can rule out endo and PCOS...which is pretty amazing and a relief. After being off bc for almost a full month, the ultrasound revealed I have a very small cyst on my right side (which I believe I ovulated on) and NO cysts on my left side!
