We are going to take some food to the NICU nurses for andrew's 2nd birthday. we aren't sure what to bring. They probably get a lot of food this time of year. Is there something that you think they get a lot of (sick of) or alternatively is there something that you can think of that everyone would get really excited about?
I feel like they've probably had a lot of cookies. Ryan suggested chex mix but I wasn't sure. Any good ideas?
Thanks!
Re: Mary Beth / nurses
We get a lot of cookies and cakes in the ER this time of year. Chex mix is always good though. Some other options that are always good are bagels with cream cheese (ie panera bread), coffee (starbucks sell large containers), or any type of actual food (ie olive garden sells tubs of soup and pasta, sub sandwiches, etc).
I'm sure they'll appreciate anything you bring though!
This. We never turn away food, and are always appreciative
