Around that time is when I started having shortness of breath. Ive had no real problems, but at the time I thought I was going crazy......that it was in my head! But shortly after that I realized that my uterus was already up into my ribcage! Im not short (5'6) but I do have a pretty short torso and long legs, so im guessing we prolly had the same problem! I just chalk it up to the fact that our bodies are expanding so fast that we dont have time to adjust. Those who are prego with singletons grow at a slower rate, so their bodies can get used to it along the way! Thats just my theory though!

Right there with you! I'll be 24 weeks tomorrow. I have a lot of shortness of breath. Everything in there is smooshed in order to fit those babies so that's why. And I'm pretty much exhausted at this point. I try to take it as "easy" as possible. The days I do too much my lower back KILLS me!
Shortness of breath has been a huge issue for me. It's been frustrating and even scary at times, not being able to take a deep, satisfying breath. I've gotten lightheaded from it a few times already. And I'm tired all the time too. I think it's normal at this stage of the game. No fun though!
