I was thinking it might be nice for DS to make his little brother a bear to give once he arrives in March. Is it realistic to do this with a 2 year old? I have never been and have no idea what the process entails.
DD was fine with doing it at 2. All you really need to do is pick out an animal, take it to the stuffing area and have DS step on the foot pedal to start the stuffing. You may half to help him with this part. Once it is stuffed, he will pick out a little puffy heart to kiss and place inside the bear. They will sew it up for you. You can then pick out whatever outfit you want.
Yeah, it can be done with a little assistance. My nieces (5 and 2) made their future baby cousin a hypoallergenic dog for Christmas. Apparently they each put a heart in it for him or her. Made me cry...

DD loves doing it.
