My husband is crazy

His nesting is just out of control.

There is a blizzard outside. Most of the stores and restaurants around here closed early. No one is out driving. They predicted at least 18 inches of snow last I heard.

My husband is trying to be ready to head to the hospital immediately because he is convinced labor is seconds away. So, he went to clean out the car in case I go into labor and then called to tell me he has decided he should go get gas. [We're in an apartment so you actually have to go outside to get to the garage.] I told him I'm not having this kid tonight and that even if the baby decided to come out we could get gas then. But, he's being a boy scout and cannot be convinced to just stay put.

It's cute and sweet that he's a nesting machine. But I'm nervous about him doing dangerous things.

    Mine, on the other hand, is sitting and playing PS3. Still no hospital bags packed, Christmas presents are all over the house, laundry to the ceiling (I fell behind w/all the holiday hooplah)...he keeps saying the baby isn't going to come yet. I only will be having a c-section in 12 days. I'm sure I can't go into labor yet (said with sarcasm!!)  I must say I'm kind of jealous.

    DH is nesting too and was cleaning the snow off my car in case we need to go to the hospital. We will use my car and it always has gas in it! He also managed to switch the car seats  over!

    This is too funny! As I sit here and bump, mine is also on the ps3 and our situation about laundry and no bags packed also mirrors yours.  lol except for our c-section is on Wednesday.  guess we better get moving!

    I blame myself - I bought him this new game! Will I ever learn???? Although, I don't have much energy for anything more than the Bump myself. Actually, I am about to take a nice relaxing bath.

    And Wednesday?? Girl - that is right around the corner!! Is it snowing where you are? We are having a blizzard.

    I hear you on the new game! I didnt buy it, he did but I knew it was a bad idea! lol no way is it snowing here. Im in South Florida, so even though its getting cold for us here, its nothing like having to deal with a blizzard! thats just crazy

    Ok maybe it's better that he's trying to be super prepared, but it makes me nervous when he does things like that.

    He got home and told me that I'm not allowed to go into labor tonight or tomorrow because the snow has gotten so bad. To get to the garage I'd have to climb over 3 ft of snow.
