No babies yet...& Merry Christmas!!

I was able to be discharged from the hospital on Christmas Eve so I could spend Christmas Day with my DD. Yeah! It was priceless watching her open her gifts and see her face light up with the magic of Christmas Day.

I'm still home on very strict bed rest and only able to use the restroom. I'm okay with that as it is a thousand times better than being in the hospital.

I have outpatient monitoring every day next week and then we are still shooting for my scheduled c-section on Friday at 9:30am unless I go into labor beforehand.

I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

5 more days and counting...

(BTW, where are you at in KY?  Any worries about the weather? We've had some decent snow, for KY anyway, in the Lexington area.)

  • That's great news. I am sure it was wonderful being home. I remember during my first hospitalization being so desperate to go home and see DD. When they released me, it was a great feeling. Stay off your feet and hang in there! Good luck!
