Q about wheatgrass and ivf

I know some of you take wheatgrass supplements - from what I understand it helps decrease FSH - I have a low reserve (high FSH) and am in the process of mini ivf (we'll be freezing any/all embies) - obviously I should ask my RE but until I can get to him/his nurses, I assume wheatgrass is safe for ivf?

    Ask your RE, mine does not want me to take any supplements while stimming, and I am on a lot of them, with his OK.

    I am a firm believer that wheat grass made me respond to stims in a MUCH MUCH slower fashion. Like, it took longer and more meds, and the embryo quality was MUCH better then cycle I didn't take them.  I say NO WAY to wheat grass, and I've heard others say the same complaint as well. Of course, there are a couple gals that swore it was the reason for their success, so make your own choice, with the help of your doctor.

    (as side note, I had an RE that LOVED doing things empirically, and he had "never heard" of WG)
