CD1.....now what?

I am on Long Island, and we were planning on getting back to MD on Tuesday, but we are supposed to get hit with snow both places. 

I can get bloodwork at a local place here, but would that be enough?  I did 50mg of Clomid-would it be okay to get an U/S on CD 4 or 5 if needed before I start my next set of Clomid? 

I called and left a message on the answering machine at my clinic.....

GRRR  I hate snow!

    I bet they will call you shortly with your plan.

    Many REs know local docs who can help you out with a baseline sono, etc.  

    Sorry for the snow. We are visiting family in Houston, and my SIL is here from Brooklyn - her flight was cancelled for today. :(

    I wish you much success in your Clomid cycle!!!

    Thanks-I don't care if we have to pay for whatever-I just don't want to lose a cycle!

    Do you take Clomid days 3-7 or 5-9?  I'm sure they're going to want to you have an u/s before starting this round of Clomid to check for cysts, etc. 

    Hopefully you can get home by tuesday.  Dh and I just got back to balt. about an hour and a half ago and no snow yet.  I know they're cancelling a lot of flights in for today, but it sounds like the storm should be out of this area by tomorrow morning.  Hopefully you'll be okay on that end too! 

    GL lady!  I hope you're able to get your u/s (either here or there) and that this will be your lucky cycle!

    If you don't have a history of cysts my RE has been known to not "have" to do CD3 u/s, mostly for those that are OOP for everything. I'm sure they can work something out for you!

    Thanks ladies! 

     We are getting slammed on LI.  They are expecting ovr a foot of snow!

    Worst case scenario-I beg my best friends Mom (who is a sonographer with her own equipment at home) to do one for me.  But I'd hate to do that.

    I do it days 5-9.  I ovulate on my own so we *could* do a natural cycle, it's just not as good as the Clomid because my cycle is wonky sometimes.
