GTKY: What was your favorite present?

DH gets kudos for present selection this year: I got a docking station for my IPhone that I can use in the kitchen to look at recipes, and I can listen to my music as well. Cutest tennis skirt EVER from my mom!!

    I got a gift certificate to take an online scrapbooking course by Ali Edwards. I am so excited for it to start in January..silly I know but I really wanted to take it!

    DH got me a Nook color. I've been eying it for a while and kept talking myself out of it bc I already have a Sony one I got a few years ago. I love it - converting all my magazines to it!

    DH got me a gift card to my favorite tack shop - that way I can pick out what I want for the horses!!  I'm excited to go shopping soon!!

    About me: A pixie in the city, 41, TTC #1 since May 2010, married 18 years. Diagnosed with, surgically removed, endometrioma Aug.2010 Sept 2010 IUI #1=BFN, Oct=cyst/bfn, Nov 2010 IUI #2 = bfn. Had to postpone IUI #3 b/c of a cyst natural=BFN. Skipped IUI #3, decided to go for IVF. Found/removed uterine polyps Jan 2011. IVF cancelled, no follicles. IVF #2: 3 great embies put in on Easter Sunday = BFN. Hoping for another chance at IVF in July. TTC is NOT for wimps. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/ticker/2fab90/ttc.png

    My DH stuffed my stocking with two tickets for South Pacific!  Looking forward to spending a nice evening with him.  My Dad came through with a Nook Color for me :)  All in all, we had a lovely Christmas!

    Ok, I wouldn't normally tell people what I got, but I can share it with you ladies because because I think you can appreciate how special it is.  We are 100% OOP for all fertility.  My in-laws gave me a check for $20,000 for IVF for this year.  I cried my eyes out.

    DH got me a 3 stone sapphire ring.  I've been wanting one since DS was born (it's his birthstone).
