For those of you who stocked up before you went back to work, how much did you freeze? I want to have quite a bit frozen, but so far it's been a slow process. I do pump an extra 3 ounces a day for a bottle at night so DH can feed LO. So far I only have four 4-oz bags frozen, but I have seven weeks before I return to work. I started taking Fenugreek about a week ago, but haven't noticed a significant increase in supply. Hopefully, it'll come soon. Any suggestions you have would be fantastic - thanks!

I go back to work in Jan. and have been pumping since 12/19 in this way...
I pump after every feeding (I try not to miss but, it happens...).
If I can't pump immediately after, I try to pump within the hour so, that if DS wakes up and needs to eat again... it's not so close to that feeding.
When DS goes down for his night sleep at 9/10pm, I pump... so my body thinks it still needs to have that "extra" feeding.
I have seen dramatic increases in my milk when I pump an it's been less than a week.
Very true about getting more milk in the morning!
Good tip about pumping for 5-10 min. more even after the last drop. Never thought of it that way.
Your LO is still little. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much at this point. But, to answer your question, I think I had about 80 when I went back to work. My LC wants me feeding him as much fresh milk as possible, since it is flu season. I am now to the point where I'm having to rotate in frozen milk to not spoil it, and it is kind of a pain in the butt, since my schedule is still not regular. Luckily, we were able to get a deep freezer on sale, so it will be nice to have the 6 month cushion...not that I plan to have a full 6 month supply frozen!
Mostly, I just try to make sure I'm producing at least as much as he ate that day. So, if he takes 5 oz bottle for grandma, I make sure I've pumped more, and it has always worked out for me. I know I am lucky to have good supply, though.
