Well, 1 week ago I was just checking into the hospital at this time. My water began leaking and I was having contractions about 4 minutes apart. Carson was born about 10 hours later weighing in at 6lb 11oz, 20" long. He was born at 37 weeks, 1 day. For the most part everything went well. I had to spend most of my time on my left side due to his heartrate dropping when I was having contractions while not on my side. When he came out he had the cord wrapped around his neck 1 time and did not cry - which had me freaking out. He was alert but just very lathargic and needed a little oxygen to help him out along with some fluid. Other than that he was/is a perfect, healthy little boy.
