1. Christmas Eve- we're driving to Kokomo to spend the holiday with K's parents. We always stay up late playing board games and eating sweets. After Christmas Brunch, we're driving to Ft. Wayne for a little get together with a dear friend and her Grandpa. After that, we're driving home!
2. N/A
3. Yes! We'll continue TTC in 2011 until we succeed.
1. My dad, brother, and sister are here from Chicago. We just did our presents and tonight we are having a birthday dinner/cake for Hailey. I'm just on break to pump! Tomorrow we have DH's extended family christmas and then Sunday we're doing his immediate family christmas.
1. What are your plans Christmas eve? Christmas day?
Going to get Jake from work at 3, then we are going to open some presents from my family, then making stuffed pickles, and packing the girls up to go to Jake's mom's. At some point tonight we will watch a Chistmas Story.
Jake works tomorrow until 3, so I will be spending the day with his family. Then SIL and nephews are staying christmas night at his mom's too, and Jake and I got a gingerbread house to make with the boys. I will probably spend a lot of my day trying to stop Lola breaking everything in MIL's house
2. Did you take LO to see Santa? PIP if you have one.
No LO yet. I'm not sure about next year, maybe.
3. Any thoughts of TTC in 2011?
I am due June, so definitely no plans on TTC next year. We haven't really discussed how spaced out we want kids though.
1. Eve- Mass, party at our neighbors' Day- Stockings and presents here with the three of us, then to my parents' in the afternoon for our extended family gathering.
2. We don't do Santa.
3. Hecks yes. Or maybe I'll get a BFP before 2011 and not have to think about TTC next year? Ah, 'twould be nice.
1. Christmas eve - we just got back from taking DS to the Childrens museum - very fun but crowded. May try to go earlier next year. Probably dinner for DS at 530 and then going to look at lights around 6ish and bed for him after looking at lights. Dinner for DH after DS is in bed
Christmas day - just me and the boys at home enjoying the day. No major plans - gifts, breakfast and playing/relaxing
Day after Christmas - driving up to the Region!
2. Took Clark to see Santa ...he did awesome - all smiles ...I still need to scan the pic
3. No trying to conceive in 2011 but plan to in 2012...we are trying for the 3.5 years apart plan
1. What are your plans Christmas eve? Church then homemade pizza then wrapping presents and hopefully starting a tradition of reading Squishy The Night Before Christmas. Alone, not with the ILs, in spite of the fact that they have put usin an intensely awkward situation three times by asking if they can join us since we're "not doing anything." I'm 'bout to smackab!tch if they don't back off real soon.
Christmas day? Hanging out just the three of us.
2. Did you take LO to see Santa? PIP if you have one. Nope
Today: We were going to go to Church this evening but instead we're sitting home. I have a gift for the kids to open and play with tonight. (Croup and Strep keeping us home)
Tomorrow: Open gifts early. DH has to work all day. But he'll be home in time for a nice dinner
Santa:
Here's a funny (sort of) DS says "I don't think he's the real Santa!" Apparently the real santa works too hard at the North Pole. Already he says this stuff! He's not even 5!!
TTC: NO WAY. I'll just keep admiring all the beautiful babies you ladies have.
1) No real plans for Christmas eve. We're just hanging out as a family. We might go see some lights and then hang out with extended family to watch Christmas movies. Christmas day we're going to my parents house.
2) She pulled his beard, but we didn't get a good picture of her otherwise
3) lol, no TTC plans for us. I wanted them two years apart, but DD has proved to be an extremely high maintenance baby and I don't think I can handle her and a newborn until she's a toddler.
1. Eve: sleep in, laundry, go through mail, pizza for dinner and movies with DH
Day: Heading to his gma's house to spend the day with her (she lives 1.5 hours away). We weren't supposed to be here, so we made no plans. But I'm glad we're here because otherwise Gma would be alone.
2. No LO, but DH's family has a tradition of pics with Santa, so we all did them in November when we were up for Thanksgiving.
1. had a nice b-fast, we went sledding (instead of CM), went out for coffee to warm up, had steak fondue for dinner, and went to see cmas lights, then played a board game with andrew went to bed (and now i'm totally exhausted)
1. Christmas Eve dinner at Mitchell's (Clay Terrace) with our immediate families then Christmas presents at Todd's sister's afterward. Today we're having dinner at Todd's parents with his aunt, uncle, and cousin and my parents are coming over too. Josie is getting her first rice cereal! My mom usually does a Christmas brunch, so we're going to do it on Sunday.
2. Children's museum
3. We're hoping for 2 under 2 since I'll be 35 in March. So, probably summer or early fall we'll try. We'll see how it goes when we are actually trying (as opposed to conceiving Josie using birth control!).
