I had my second betas today.
14dpo: 452
16dpo: 873
They were taking ~46 hours apart so almost exactly 48 hour doubling time. The doctor said that it was a "perfect" number and that he didn't want to do anymore bloodwork...just an u/s in two weeks to make sure its in the right place.
I'm excited but so scared to death too. My ectopic had 48 hour doubling time too. Every single cramp has me worried about ectopic, so I know I won't have any peace until the u/s.....but so far, so good ![]()
Re: Great Christmas present (2nd betas)
sounds like the perfect Christmas gift to me!!
I also sympathize on no comfort until the u/s. We have one coming up on the 30th--last time we found out we lost the baby at the u/s. We're praying to see a heartbeat at this one.
