Tandem BF with HUGE knockers?!

Is it possible??? The closer we get to the big day, the more I'm doubting my ability to be able to tandem BF. With DD I had to hold on to a booby with 1 hand and guide her with the other, then still hold on to the booby so she didn't suffocate. I don't consider this a TMI, it is what it is and when it comes to BF, can there be TMI? I would appreciate some suggestions on maybe the best positions to tandem BF where I can tame all 4 beasts as easily as possible. I have the EZ-2-Nurse pillow. TIA ladies! And happy holiday :)

    Mine aren't enormous, but decent sized DDs right now. I do remember early on I felt like I was going to suffocate the boys sometimes, but alas they are still here and still nursing. Early on I used lots of blankets to position my babies. I'd fold them and roll them etc. putting them under the boys' heads or behind shoulders. At first it was a task, but then I got the hang of it.

    When I was still nursing, I would have them in the football hold, and then use my hands to push the top part of my boob down (like compressed to my body) so that there was enough of a gap between nose and boob so I'd feel like they were able to breathe.

    I felt the same way after BFing DD1.  Turns out, no one ever correct my hold with her (I went to BFing support group regularly, with at least 3 LCs at every one).  When I got off to start with the twins, my [different] LC told me that if I have to hold my breasts, then I'm holding the babies wrong.

    A couple of adjustments to my hold, and we were golden.

    I always had to sort of hold my boobs back in order to not suffocate our singleton boys : )  I normally have pretty large breasts, but HUGE when I'm bf'ing... like... my family jokes about them.  Anyway, it really wasn't a problem with our girls.  In fact, I would actually say it was easier with them using the football hold with the EZ-2-Nurse pillow. (At least in that respect, obviously bf'ing twins is much more challenging than bf'ing one!)

    This exactly.  Double football.  The hugeness actually begins to be advantage after awhile, because you can more easily maneuver the boobs to the babies :)

    I have huge boobs, even worse when breastfeeding. Granted I'm only about 10 days into this but I'm tandem feeding with the football hold. I lay them on the EZ to nurse pillow this use a hand on each of their heads or on my boob to allow them to breath.
