The board is slow.. thought I'd share this recipe! Just made some today and they are so yummy!!
Merry Christmas
prep: 15 minutes
bake: 30 minutes
cool: 1 hour
ingredients-
1- 18 to 21 oz package fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
1- 3oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg yolk
1- 16oz can chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set
aside. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. If
desired, stir in 1/2 cup peanuts. Spread batter in prepared pan.

In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the peanut
butter, the milk, and egg yolk with an electric mixer on medium speed
until smooth. Spoon mixture into a decorating bag with a small round
tip (or spoon it into a resealable plastic bag and snip off one corner
of the bag). Pipe mixture over brownie batter in pan. Bake for 30
minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 1 hour.
3. In a medium
mixing bowl stir together the frosting and the remaining 1/2 cup peanut
butter. Spread over cooled brownies. If desired, sprinkle with
additional peanuts.
Cut into small squares & enjoy!! ![]()

OMG i want them now!!! I am on a diet so i made myself some boring old sugar free chocolate pudding for dessert tonight since its just me and the kiddos! but i did make a cheesecake for DH to take to work tomorrow! i cant wait to bite into that yummy!
Ive got an easy dessert dip to share....
1pkg creamcheese softened
1/2cup butter softened
3/4 conf sugar
1/4tsp vanilla
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup mini semi sweet choc chip
1. whip creamcheese, vanilla and butter till smooth
2. add sugars
3. fold in chips
4. chill (over night is best) then serve w/ cinnomon grahm crackers!
soooo yummy i could eat it out of the bowl!
