Hey everyone! I have come to the realization that my car that I LOVE is just not going to cut it when the babies are born! Between 2 car seats, diaper bags, double stroller, etc! I am trying to find a good vehicle to get and wondering if you guys have any that you love? I really dont want a minivan or a large SUV. (let me know if you feel very strongly that I need to suck up my pride and get a van for functionality) However, I really want 3 rows of seats, even if the last row just folds down most of the time. We want to have more children and I dont want to have to sell whatever I get AGAIN to make room for another child when the time comes! ALSO, we dont have lots of money to spend so it needs to be something we can get used for a good price. Anyone have any suggestions??

Suck it up and get a minivan. You'll never look back.

there are few (if any) cars that have a 3rd row that you can also fit a huge double stroller in the back... most cars that have a 3rd row do so by taking up storage space in the back.
Really- a minivan will be the best option- esp if you want more kids... you'll NEVER fit what you need if you have a 3rd child - i have 3 and would hate having anything but a minivan.
the auto-open doors alone are worth having a minivan.... you can't understand how nice it is when you are carrying 2 babies + all their stuff - to be able to have doors that open with a press of a button before you even walk out of your house.
i could list another 100 reasons why a minivan is the best option - just trust.
How often would you run into this situation? I have a CR-V, and it fits the boys, me and DH and all our gear just fine. So far, if someone needs to ride with us, it's when DH as been working and the passenger sits in the front seat.
My friend has newborn twins and everything/everyone fits in her Saturn. You can probably just stick with what you have, and get a minivan when you can afford it and/or #3 is on the way.
I have an FX35, and as long as I'm alone w/ the boys, it is just fine. It is annoying when I have to park in parking lots, as some spots are tight making it difficult to get infant seats in/out. Plus, my trunk really isn't too big, so I think I'm giving in and getting the ultimate mommy-mobile. Hey, it isn't that bad right... we are moms! : )
I wish SUVs came with sliding doors. LOL
