Hope she feels better by Christmas!

Every time someone would post about poop up to the armpits or a sick kid throwing up, I would think to myself, "glad it's not us." Well, it was finally us. Sydney threw up (sorta just gagged and spit up), twice yesterday. And then she had explosive poop all the way up her back today. 

I feel so bad for her. She had a fever early last night (102), we got it down, and then it came back around 2:30 am. I was up rocking her and my DH was cooling her down with wash cloths on her head.

She seems a little off this afternoon. She didn't want the chicken noodle soup she loved yesterday. Cheerios won out. I just gave her a bottle, which I don't do in the afternoon anymore, and I put her down waaaay early for her nap. I hope she sleeps for a while and sleeps some of it off.

I really hope she feels better soon. I don't want her to be sick for her first Christmas.

    Poor Sydney.  I hope she's feeling better much sooner than later. Give her some extra cuddles from me.

    I hope the extra Mommy loving will get her better by Christmas.  My 14 yr old was moaning with a fever in her sleep last night.  We are waiting for the dr to call back.

    She's sleeping. Second nap started before lunch! Poor Pumpkin. Lots of snot and tears this morning. Still has a fever spiking in the morning and the evening. She DID sleep last night though. Hoping for three naps today. I hope she just sleeps and sleeps and lets her body get rid of it.
