off to the MFM ...

Two blood draws have shown a high white blood cell count but I have no symptoms, so my OB is sending me off to the MFM.  My OB didn't want to speculate on what the high white blood cell count meant.  Any ideas?

Preemie ID DDs; then DS; then natural M/C; now due 10/17
High risk for pre-term: weekly Makena injections

    How high has it been? Mine was a little high too, but no one has mentioned any concern to me...

     I am pretty sure he said 14.  (And I think that means 14000.)

    Yeah, mine was around there too...13-ish and then 15-ish I think.  Keep me posted!  Maybe I'll ask about it this week myself.  Good luck!  I'm sure it's totally fine though.  I think it can just be elevated from the stress of pregnancy?
