I'm finding it hard all of a sudden now that we're stuck inside since it's cold to spend time working on things with both kids. I always feel like i'm ignoring one so I can do something with the other. I have a 10 mo. old & 2.5 yr. old. I feel like I always use the TV to keep him busy so I can work with her, but when I spend time on him, it's like i'm turning my back to the baby.
Re: what do you do all day to give both attention?
I give them attention together, and when one is asleep while the other is awake that one gets alone tiime. DS loves to be with his sister, so they are fine playing with me together.
I try not to sweat it and feel guilty, I know I am doing the best I can.
I have cloned myself! LOL!
Seriously, you just CAN'T give both attention all the time. You do the best that you can.
